Nicola Burger is one of the proud owners of 360 Real Estate with almost a decade of experience in real estate transactions! Her real estate journey began in 2012 when she bought her first home in North Carolina. Starting as an unlicensed assistant back in 2013, she quickly became a licensed Realtor the following year in 2014 while working full-time for a local marketing firm.
She has worked in multiple facets of the real estate world including new construction, existing home sales, and property management. Nicola also holds a BA in Communications from Wingate University and a Master’s Degree in Communications & Research from the College of Charleston. Her educational background makes her an industry expert when analyzing housing market trends and determining best price strategies for buyers and sellers alike. When she’s not busy with real estate, she’s a wife to retired veteran Jesse Burger and mother to her two children, Dagny & Ender.
Jessica Redpath is the head of our administrative department here at 360 Real Estate. Jessica takes pride in the customer service she gives to our tenants and landlord clients alike - whether it be processing a maintenance request or completing a routine inspection. As a Lebanese American, Jessica is bilingual and proficient in both Arabic and English.
She holds a BA in English language & Literature and boasts a background with 10+ years of teaching experience. In addition to her work, she is a proud military spouse as her husband currently serves as an active duty soldier at Fort Bragg. Jessica has further aspirations in real estate and is planning to take on a bigger role once she’s a licensed Realtor.
Jesse Burger acts as the president of business operations and technology for 360 Real Estate.
He is a medically retired veteran having served both domestic and abroad. Jesse enlisted in the Navy at 17 years old, and after 4 years, transferred to the Army where he spent 6 years in service.
Upon retirement, Jesse began entrepreneurial wife with his wife, Nicola Burger. In addition to business planning, Jesse also contributes to 360 through the development of our online systems including homesby360.com and our online portal for property management clients, Home Manager.
When he’s not coming up with new ideas, he enjoys spending time with his two children, Dagny and Ender, along with teaching martial arts.
Employment
360 Real Estate employs locals and military spouses for part time positions. These positions entail either administrative work (organizing spread sheets, answering phones, scheduling events, etc), or maintenance oversight (scheduling repairs, following up until work is complete, verifying work quality, etc.).
